at the Authority offices
in Pineville. West
Virginia Highways
Division Commissioer Paul Mattox,
Jr., P.E.
will attend the
meeting for a
presentation on highway
funding. After
lunch, representatives
of the coal industry
will meet with members
of the Authority and
Commissioner Mattox to
discuss innovative
public/private ventures
associated with coal
mining and highway
